Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a client to find an experienced Case Managing Paralegal to join a bustling litigation team. This temp-to-hire position is ideal for those seeking to establish a career in the legal field in Century City, Los Angeles. Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys and senior paralegals with day-to-day case management.
- Assist with drafting, preparing, and filing legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence.
- Perform state and federal court filings and coordinate service of process.
- Calendar deadlines and track litigation timelines to ensure compliance with court rules.
- Organize, maintain, and update electronic and physical case files.
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors.
- Handle general administrative support related to active litigation matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required (Paralegal Certificate is a plus).
- Litigation experience required - internships, externships, or entry-level law firm experience acceptable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal software or case management systems preferred.
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Benefits:
